* Rental is per head per month(1500-2000) please see attached picture for room types and rates
* Room is good for 4-6 person (Depend on the area of the room)
* Inclusive of Bed, Desk, Chair, Cabinet, Free Water and Lights, Electricfan for interior room, 24 hour security
* Amenities: 14 Common Bath and Toilet
* Cooking and Heavy Laundry is not allowed.
* Bringing of Rice Cooker and other appliances are subject for approval.
* Strictly for Ladies Only.
* All rooms are new.
